Refund Policy

At Mazoraa, you happiness is our key purpose, if you are therefore not satisfied with our products, we offer you a simple and easy refund policy.

As a process, all products requested for refund would be checked by our QC team, if they are unused, in good condition to enable further sale, also if the items are completely intact, if these conditions are met, we would be happy to process your refund.


Refund Cycle


Normally it take 10-15 working days for the completion of our refund process,. Including the process timelines form pickup of the products, quality inspections, and sharing the confirmation to finally initiate refund.

Contact Lenses

The box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened/tampered if you want to request for refund. However they still will be non-returnable if the boxes have been opened, but still  the lenses inside were unused.

Return/Refund cannot be processed if:
    1. Opened/tampered box packaging.
    2. Unopened box & accessories elements inside the box (lenses) 
    3. Unused lenses but the box is opened.

We have not shipped the order due to any reason.

Our logistics doesn’t service your geography.

Deliveries of  Wrong or Faulty products /damage in transit.

Acceptance of tampered/damaged /opened shipment by the customer.
If customer contacts us the same day. Mazoraa will process your refund.
Product that are  Damaged post delivery /in used condition and or are missing accessories send by the customer.

If wrong prescription values are entered during the time the customer places the  order.

Unethical means are used by the use by placing bulk and or Multiple orders. 
Mazoraa will deny the refund request.
In cases of user places multiple/bulk orders by unethical means and also returns the same.
Mazoraa will deny the refund request and reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user in this case.
